Welcome to the CEFR English Evaluation Test.
Please read the following instructions carefully:
- This test is designed to assess your English language proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- The test consists of Listening, Reading, Grammar, Vocabulary, Writing, and Speaking sections.
- For the Listening section, click the "Play Audio" button to hear the audio for each question. This uses your browser's text-to-speech capability. Audio scripts are also available via the "Show Script" button.
- The Listening, Reading, Grammar, and Vocabulary sections are multiple-choice and will be scored automatically. You will receive a preliminary estimated CEFR level based on these sections.
- The Writing and Speaking sections are designed to simulate a full assessment. Your responses will be recorded as part of this demonstration.
